Your New Credit Card is Coming

We're making improvements to our credit card program, and your account will be part of this transition. Here's what you need to know.

What's Changing

In March 2026, you'll receive a new Visa® Platinum card with a new account number and expiration date. Your current card will be closed as of April 9, 2026, so you'll need to activate your new card right away when it arrives.

What Stays the Same

Your current balances will transfer automatically to your new account in April. The Annual Percentage Rate (APR) for any existing balances will remain at your current terms and conditions.

What You'll Need to Do

  • Starting April 9, 2026, you'll need to send monthly payments to a new address:
    Park Bank Credit Card
    P.O. Box 790408
    St. Louis, MO 63179-0408
  • Remember to update any automatic bill payments, mobile wallet information, and recurring charges with your new card details. If you have automatic payments set up on your current account, you'll receive information about re-enrolling for your new account.
  • Once you receive your new card, contact Cardmember Service at the number on the back if you'd like to set up a Personal Identification Number (PIN).

Business Account FAQs

A: We’re updating our business credit card program. To meet federal requirements, we need to confirm an Authorized Officer (AO) for your account and collect additional Know Your Customer (KYC) information.

A: Your account issuer is changing to Elan Financial Services®, which requires this information to stay compliant with federal regulations.

A: An Authorized Officer (AO) is the person your business designates to manage the company credit card account. The AO can make changes such as adjusting credit lines, adding employee cards, and handling general account maintenance.

This role is now required as part of updates to our business card program and federal compliance standards. Each account must have one AO on file by April 9, 2026 to avoid delays or account closure.

Here’s what you need to know:

  • Only one AO per account is allowed. After cards are issued, the AO can appoint an Authorized Representative (AR) for additional support.
  • The AO must have a credit card on the account. If they don’t already, we’ll create one for them.
  • Without an AO, your business cannot make company-level changes—only individual cardholders can manage their own cards.
  • To assign an AO, complete and return the Business Card Company Profile Form included in your mailing.

A: Federal regulations require us to verify certain business details. Any individual who owns 25% or more of the business must complete the Beneficial Owner section on the Business Card Company Profile Form.

A: Our new program no longer offers a Company-only liability with a revolving minimum payment. You’ll need to select one of these options:

  • Company and Authorized Officer Liability – Allows revolving payments.
  • Company-only Liability – Requires the full balance to be paid each month.

Please review the form and choose the option that works best for your business. If you have questions, call us—we’re happy to help.

A: Yes. This feature will continue automatically.

A: Send your completed form using one of these options:

  • Mail: Cardmember Service, Attn: Business Card Processing, P.O. Box 6380, Fargo, ND 58108-9802
  • Fax: 1-866-509-6772
  • Email: Provide the form to your Park Bank Business Banker
